1 purchased this steamer for use in my nail salon, specifically for spa pedicure services. My family had already bought three of these before and had a great experience, which is why | decided to purchase another one. The product itself works very well and is definitely a good addition to our salon equipment. However, there was an issue with the delivery. The package was mistakenly sent to the wrong address and showed as delivered even though 1 never recelved it. That was very frustrating. I immediately contacted the seller, and their response was excellent. They quickly arranged a replacement and sent out a new unit, which arrived the very next day. 1 really appreciate how fast and professional their customer service was. Overall, the product is great, and the customer service made the experience much better despite the shipping issue.
