I'm so happy with this purchase! It is a beautiful pan. Very durable & well made. It is thick & not flimsy. The coating is Fabulous & I have no problems with anything sticking. Everything bakes well & the clean up is so easy. I love the snap on lid! It keeps our food fresh until it's gone.

This pan is a game changer and worth the extra cost. Deeper sides, sturdy construction, quality material equals more evenly baked foods. Silicone handle grips are convenient and pan cleans very easily. This pan is less likely to wear out, ie., will last longer than less expensive brands.Highly recommend.

These sheet cake pans are a dream come true. The coating is excellent, lids fit perfectly, heat evenly, and clean up like a dream. If anyone gets within 5 feet of these pans with metal utensils, I will have a cow. As with any coating such as this you need to use silicone or plastic. I hope they last a very long time. I think they will. Treat yourself. You won’t regret it!

This isn’t a 9 x 11 pan. It has just barely those dimensions, but it has almost no depth at all. It’s like slightly more than a rimmed cookie sheet. Brownies would be tragically thin made in this.So I can’t use it in any of the ways I intended. I roasted some carrots in it, just about the only things that would not be too thick for the pan, and it cleaned up very nicely. Really makes me wish it were bigger and I could use it for more things.

This is one of the best baking purchases I've ever made! I'm writing this review after using the pan for 9 months.I bought the latte brown colored pan with the lid. The color of the pan is great for getting a good crust and color on baked goods. The handles are large, so it's really easy to get this pan in and out of the oven, even with oven mitts! The metal is thick, and does not change shape in the oven even under a hot temperature and I've used this in a 450 oven. I have been cleaning it in my dishwasher, and there is no rust or marks on the pan. The lid is really secure, so this pan is great for potlucks. I've used this pan more for baking then cooking, and every cake I've made it in has turned out beautifully. I imagine this would be a great lasagna pan too. This was worth every penny!

Finally got around to using this. Made a family heirloom cake.The pan is sturdy as well as nonstick. Enough so that if I had wanted to turn the cake out of the pan it would have fallen right out. That's a good thing.The lid fits tightly. And seems sturdy enough as long as it doesn't get mistreated.My only problem is the depth of the pan. And how the lid adds a ton of headspace. For a cake with frosting, this could have a flat lid and still be fine. You would need to have a double-batch cake with frosting to utilize the raised lid.Overall this should get a good amount of use. And we will see how well it holds up.

Love this cake pan. There is no sticking and very easy to clean. The lid is very handy too.
