Great product. I packed these along with small water bottles for my students participating in a demanding dance competition! They reported that they felt the electrolytes really helped get through their rehearsals. Very convenient to use!

Use a shaker, bottle to make sure the product is completely dissolved. In water period otherwise, it's a little salty.

My first purchase of this product as I've always used Trace in the past. Since my sodium levels have been low, thought I'd give this a try since this product has much more sodium than Trace. I didn't give 5 stars due to how salty this tasted for me, even though I added alot of extra water. If you love heavy salt taste, this is definitely one to try.

Poor value. Little taste in 16 oz of water. Hope you're not in a hurry to hydrate, because your going to need a knife to open the packets. Not worth the premium price.

I am very happy with primal harvest hydration and have one a day! One small improvement could be to make the packet easier to open! I have to use scissors!

It has been recommended highly by a friend who is a nurse. She uses it. We enjoy it do to is not sweet. It does well with my husband who has IBS. My granddaughter who is at very young adult who has IBS also uses.
