Good mini PC for the price. It is good for what it is and runs applications very well. It set up easily and quickly, so no issues there. It has a very small footprint and is very quiet. It has generous ports and being capable of connecting 3 monitors is admirable, one even being a DP port. It is pretty fast for such a small PC, not the fastest, but very good for its specs. Two issues that keep this from being a 5-star review; Updates went smoothly (although when first starting the PC the updates had to be via WiFi and not the network port, per their instructions… reason unknown/not given). When doing the next system update, this particular PC would not install the update at all, even downloading the update and doing a manual update did not fix the issue. This still has not been resolved. All of the other 5 computers that are on the network updated without issue. The second issue was with networking with my other computers on the network. Using the setup user account, the miniPC would not connect to other computers on the network nor could it be seen by any of the other computers. After researching this, a second account was created and that allowed all other computers to see and connect to it. It also connected with all the other computers on the network properly. The reason for not being able to connect using the original user account is unknown still. Aside from these two issues, it appears to be a good reliable PC and I hope it is durable as well. Its benefits of having so many ports are what provided the decision to purchase. I decided to add a larger SSD and found a couple of issues. Doing a clone or migration of a new SSD and installing it in the HD0 slot did not work for me. I had to use the clone SSD in the HD1 slot before it would work. After trying different configurations, using different M.2 SSDs, I found that installing ANY SSD other than the original SSD would not work in the HD0 position. So I can only conclude that the original SSD in the HD0 slot is the only SSD that will work in the HD0 slot. I looked in the UEFI for a way to switch the boot sequence from HD0 to HD1, but that proved fruitless. Only Windows Boot Manager allowed me to switch the boot from HD0 to HD1, however, I still could not use a different M.2 SSD in the HD0 slot. Conclusion: If I ever need to change the HD0 SSD to a new drive (ie. the original SSD goes bad), I will not be able to do that. The HD0 slot will then be useless. Update: I decided to return this particular unit, which was accepted without question. I did, however, purchase another unit of the same kind (that's how much I really like this miniPC). The setup went pretty smoothly, yet when doing the Windows Updates this unit again hesitated failed the first time, yet completed OK the second attempt. I am a bit concerned about the next Windows System Update, whether or not it will actually complete without issues. Other than that, I have not had any issues with the new miniPC. I did NOT try to install the second SSD as the boot drive, but DID install it as a "storage" drive and redirected all of the Windows Library folders to go to the new drive. This is working out great. As for the next Windows System update (24H2), I'll have to see if it has a problem or not and will update this review as soon as it either completes or fails (probably next month). All other updates (ie. driver, .NET, Windows Defender, etc) completed without issue. One note in the "Product Information" for this miniPC, the specs state that this unit has 2 Thunderbolt connections, which it does NOT have. It has a USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, but that is not the same as a Thunderbolt. Thunderbolt ports have a lightening bolt next to the port. There are, however, 4 USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports and 2 USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports available. All in all, I like the miniPC, but will see how Windows System updates go in the future. I am still rating it a 4 at this time. Update after latest Windows System update KB5060829: The miniPC updated perfectly on its own, no interference needed. Therefore, I am giving this computer a 4.9 rating (it will show as a 5.0, but it did have its initial issues that required a return of the first miniPC). I do really like it and the second/replacement miniPC has been very stable and consistent in operation.

Initial after setup review... Love it, plenty fast, plenty quiet, plenty does it well. I went direct to LTSC IOT install and flawless after getting the wifi driver from acemagic website. Added a 2nd HD after setup, no issue. Documentation that comes in the box = useless. Great all around mini for the price. Will be great for a general use web surfer pretty much. Its not a gamer regardless what you read. Cooling capacity for a mini seems excellent through my installs.

I bought this minipc to replace my big and heavy desktop station because it’s compact size and can save a lot of spacing. Surprisingly this minipc handles multitasking like a champ-I can smoothly open multiple browser windows, streaming services and productivity softwares like MATLAB and AutoCAD simultaneously. The built in WiFi and Bluetooth unit are making my desk much nicer and clean because it only needs one power cord and one HDMI cable. When I use it, I also noticed that it can run with very low power consumption, only tens of watts. I am now thinking of using it as NAS server so I can run it 24h a day. The setting up is also very easy, just follow the standard procedure to activate Windows 11 and can be done within 10min. This minipc definitely exceeds my expectations in its performance and energy efficiency, it’s gonna be a great choice for people who want to save some spacing on there desk but also want to have a good computer speed and performance.

Nice size and decent power. I wiped the drive and installed Steam OS on it instead. Works well for the most part, but the Wifi/Bluetooth doesn't work properly, however can't really fault the device for that. If you're looking for a nice none portable steam deck with slightly more power, this is a good deal, at least at the sale price I got it for. Just understand, some tinkering will be required.

First time with one of these mini PCs. So far it is very fast and seems to perform pretty well. The size is great! Takes up no room. I am not a strong gamer but it works very well for all of my needs. I play a little on line and graphics are very good. It makes no noise at all. It seems to be built well UPDATE The sound on the PC keeps cutting out during a movie playback on Netflix. Switched back to my old PC and the problem is gone. I sent an e-mail to the seller but have not heard anything so customer support is non existent. Needless to say I am not happy. I have a new PC that I cannot stream on! This sucks

I got this to replace an aging i5 system at our place of worship. The specs on this unit pushed it well ahead of the i5 unit. I did not have any setup issue even though I did not do the traditional setup from scratch. I created an image of the old PC and redeployed to this machine. All went perfect. Unit is very quiet and heat has not been an issue. On a side note I did have an issue with the first on I received. The box was a bit dented, but I did not think much of it at the time it was not anymore than I have seen going out of many warehouses, but it did not work. You might think this would have left a bad taste in my mouth, but in 5 mins the return was processed and the next morning I had the new unit at my door. I did notice that the packaging on the new unit was of much better quality. The box was more sturdy (2 parts in a sleeve) and had foam padding inside, which the original unit did not have (1 flimsy box in a sleeve). Sometimes you learn more about a company better when things go wrong, and they did good. We will see what happens in the long run, but for now we are good it pushes Zoom and video to two 4k displays and a 27" monitor with no sweat and mounted great on the back of that Monitor with the provided mount. Mounting on the monitor gave us much improved air flow also, so temps are great.

I initially bought an Intel N97 mini PC from a competing brand for my son and I to play simpler / less intensive games like minecraft, roblox, and civilization, as well as do some creative work with videos and music. He's young (10) so the budget was pretty small. Little did we realize how underpowered that Intel N97 chipset was for everything but light office use and general work like watching movies. So we decided to get rid of it and opt for this one, which , according to benchmarks, has a 3x faster processor and a much stronger video card. Definitely crushes our N97 in performance. Admittedly it's still not a full powered gaming PC , but we've repurposed it to be our all-rounder - connected to our TV as a multimedia PC, and another option for gaming and game streaming next to our other video game . consoles. We also just pick it up and take it with us if we're traveling. It has USB C ports which the N97 lacked, which makes it infinitely expandable. If youre looking for an affordable, versatile, and compact PC for light gaming , office apps, and for entertainment, this is an excellent deal and has everything you need in one tiny box. Next step for us, whenever we are ready, will be to get a full-fledged gaming beast--but for now, this thing handles everything we throw at it short of big box games!

I haven’t bought a desktop in a while, and I was amazed at how affordable they’ve become. I brought this last year November 21 and still under warranty because is say 1year valid now. I having a big problem because is not working now i need help i cannot contact the seller and I don’t know what to do don’t buy this is all wasting of your money or I consider if they help me Amazon kindly please help me what to do

It broke down after 1 month of use even though we have airconditioned room opened 24 hours.
