ACEMAGIC K1 Gaming Mini PC Ryzen 7 7730U 16GB 512GB SSD Windows 11 Pro

First time with one of these mini PCs. So far it is very fast and seems to perform pretty well. The size is great! Takes up no room. I am not a strong gamer but it works very well for all of my needs. I play a little on line and graphics are very good. It makes no noise at all. It seems to be built well UPDATE The sound on the PC keeps cutting out during a movie playback on Netflix. Switched back to my old PC and the problem is gone. I sent an e-mail to the seller but have not heard anything so customer support is non existent. Needless to say I am not happy. I have a new PC that I cannot stream on! This sucks

It's a pretty decent PC for the size and price, but after about 3 months the HDMI port started shorting out leaving a blank screen that says "No Input Detected" and when I contacted their customer service, I was told I had to pay to ship it to Brooklyn NY, I don't recommend buying a PC that can't even last a year.

I'm not impressed with it. I've seen a few mini PCs that can do some really cool things. This one is marketed for gaming and has Ryzen, but it can't really handle gaming. I've turned it into a work or backup computer for when I just need to get on a browser and work through things. This mini PC can't even run Adobe products very well. I'm disappointed. It's not a total loss; at least I have it to work on somewhat.

PC is awesome, service is terrible. Having a heck of a time getting what I ordered. Update 11/16/23. After weeks of back and forth, providing screenshots of task manager and system properties, and taking photos of the sticker on the side of the case showing I received a 5700U instead of a 5800U, they offered me a $30 refund. The model with the 5700U is much lower than that. Since they wouldn't do anything else, it's going back and I'll order the cheaper model. I hope I never have to deal with their customer service again.

The miniPC stopped working after less than a year of use. I contacted customer support and they responded that they would take care of the issue if I sent them the product with the tracking number. I sent the product to their warehouse, but I lost my USPS tracking number. They said they would not be able to help me because it would require too much manpower to find the package, even though I gave them my name/address and told them the date I had sent the package. I very disappointed in the company's unwillingness to cooperate and provide quality customer service. I would definitely not recommend buying from them if you want cheap quality and poor customer service.

I purchased a Mini K-1 PC in May 2025. Right about the 1 year mark, the unit went dark! No power! I contacted their customer support and was bounced to their technical support. I sent them pictures, video clips and tried everything they suggested. Still nothing worked! So after a whole month of waiting and miscommunication, which they said they were going to call but never did, they finally emailed me (from a different email address not identified as AceMagic), and asked me to send the unit back. But there ius no prepaid postage return label. Just an address in NYC. I am not sure if that's lazy, cheap, or both! Well, I will not do business with this company again! So buyer beware! There's a reason why this product is cheap!

piece of crap, no customer service , supposed to repair it yourself. Five year warranty no such thing. Amazon won't stand behind it told me they were out of business, nothing they could do. keeps shutting off by itself, noisey, they tell you to take it apart and fix it yourself...NO THANK YOU

Don’t waste your time or money with this company. The PC worked great for about 2-3 months until it completely stopped working without warning. The PC is allegedly under a 1 year warranty but the “support team” had me on the phone for hours just to tell me to send an email. There was only one response to my initial email and nothing else. No help. No resolution. No communication. Money down the drain. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!

Um "super computador". É muito pequeno. Fixei ele atrás do Monitor. Liguei dois monitores (suporta 3, mas não testei a terceira saída, USB C. Mas atende muito bem as necessidades diárias. Configuração muito boa, memória e processador satisfatórios. Excelente custo benefício. Melhor do que um Gabinete enorme. Claro, não é um PC gamer. Se você precisa de um PC para coisas normais da vida, eu recomendo fortemente Ressalva: o Windows 11 Pro que vem no produto não tem suporte para português brasileiro, apenas português de Portugal

Un bon ordinateur pour les tâches de bureautique: fiable, consommant peu et très silencieux. Son format compact permet de le ranger derrière l'écran ce qui est très pratique pour la gestion de l'espace. Ayant dû formater l'ordinateur j'ai pu compter sur l'assistance technique d'AceMagician tant pour la clé Windows que pour me procurer tous les drivers nécessaires et ce dans un temps record. Merci à eux !

Prachtige mini pc. Zou voortaan niet anders willen. Niet alleen voor de ruimtebesparing maar ook omdat je geen 'bak' meer voor of naast je hebt staan. Er is van alles op aan te sluiten en als je niet genoeg hebt aan usb poorten kun je nog een usb hubje erbij kopen. Systeem start binnen no time op. Alles werkt razendsnel. Heb bv een fotobewerkingsprog wat op een vorige pc nogal lang duurde om op te starten. Nu staat het in no time klaar om mee te beginnen. Dus ook tijdwinst. Echt een aanrader om te kopen.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Rechner. Einfach genial sind die Abmaße - der Rechner braucht so wenig Platz, das ist eine wahre Freude. Für mich war diese Kompaktheit, neben der Leistung und dem sehr günstigen Preis ein wichtiger Kaufgrund. In der Praxis: Einrichtung, Kompatibilität, Geräuschpegel: -Das Gerät bzw. Windows ist schnell eingerichtet -sämtliches Zubehör funktioniert einwandfrei, auch das, was nicht mit dabei war (Mouse, Tastatur, Bildschirm, Gamepad). Die Kompatibilität ist also top. -das Booten ist schnell -das Gerät läuft sehr leise bis nicht hörbar, es wird aber etwa lauter, wenn es ans Limit gebracht wird, was eigentlich eher bei aufwendigeren Programmen der Fall ist. Störend ist das Betriebsgeräusch des Lüfters aber keines Falls. Programme: -Surfen im Internet und Steaming funktioniert gut. -Ältere (Retro-Games) und einfache Spiele funktionieren, aber neuere, die eine separate Grafikkarte benötigen nicht. Die Onboard-Grafik ist für Spiele einfach nicht ausgelegt. Falls ihr zocken wollt, solltet ihr lieber zu einem Gaming-Computer greifen - meine Empfehlung. Aber achtet einfach auf die Systemanforderungen der Spiele und dann könnt ihr das schonmal ungefähr einschätzen. Demos gibt's für solche Zwecke ja meist auch. -Für Office-Anwendungen sollte das Gerät durchaus eine passable Leistung bereitstellen. -Videotelefonie funktioniert gut Zusätzliche Info zum Review: Ich habe den Computer nie wirklich im Dauereinsatz, sondern benütze ihn nur vereinzelt, da er für mich nur eine Ergänzung zu meinem Mac darstellt. Ich kann also nur zum Betrieb von bis zu 4 Stunden am Stück eine Auskunft geben, da ich mehr nicht benötigte. Fazit: Für meine Zwecke ist der Rechner mehr als ausreichend und dabei ist er super-kompakt. Kauft den Computer nicht, wenn ihr ein Gaming-Gerät erwartet oder generell Anwendungen verwendet, die eine separate Grafik-Karte benötigen. Wer nur einfache Anwendungen benützt, die den Grafikchip nicht zu sehr beanspruchen, der kann hiermit nicht viel falsch machen.
