The only thing in the box is the water heater and the instructions, no accessories.
I installed this water heater December 31st of 2024, it is now July 20th 2025 and I have had zero issues with it. If you're deciding to go tankless the first thing I would recommend is to determine the GPM, gallons per minute of your water flow at the house. I did not check mine before I ordered this, and now during showers I have just a little bit less water pressure, because my water flows more than 5.1 GPM per minute. With that being said, I always have hot water, and the hot water never runs out. There are a few downsides, it does take a moment to get hot water, especially in the winter time, I've waited close to a minute and a half at the kitchen sink waiting for the water to get hot first thing in the morning. But once hot water starts, it stays hot. There's nothing in the box other than the water heater in the instructions, there are no accessories. You will need hot water tankless valves for the bottom, and for me I needed a 3-in 90ยฐ elbow to plumb the exhaust out. I did have a single issue in the beginning, it was actually my fault, but I reached out to the manufacturer, and never heard back from them. So customer service doesn't seem too important to them I guess. But the issue I had, I had it all installed, turn the power on, the screen lit up for a minute and then went dark. I turn the water on, and the hot water tank did not come on. You have to push the power button after you plug it in, or anytime you lose power, you will have to push the power button to turn it back on. The power button is on the lower left hand of the screen, and because of where I mounted my water heater, I could not see it. It was a little bit of trial and error to figure that out, but that's the only issue I've had with it. Build quality seems good, it's not too heavy so it's easy to mount, there is maintenance on it, there's a clean out port, and that needs to be cleaned out every so often. So you'll need to turn the water off at the hot water heater, and kill the power. Would I buy another one? Yes, I would just make sure it was big enough. This one flows 5.1 gallons per minute and puts out 120,000 BTUs. I do have the temperature turned up all the way, which is 149ยฐ on the screen. I had to do that because that lower temperatures I have to turn the hot water down because the water is too cold for a shower. And the overall size of the unit, it's about 2 ft tall, 15 and 1/2 in wide and 5 and 1/2 in thick. You will need extra room at the bottom to run your lines in, your supply line, the outgoing hot water line, and your gas supply. And the only reason I would not recommend this is simply because of the customer service issue. I did only try to get a hold of them once, but still, you think they would have reached back out.

extra costs
research this product before you buy, yes, it can be installed easily but the gas requirements must include a gas meter upgrade to most homes and that would cost me an extra 350.00 in my area, plus a gas line pressure test and most likely the city inspector would be involved, so it could easily reach over 2,000 to get it working properly. they don't tell you all of this up front, I an returning mine for refund.

works great took me about 12hrs by my self to install
a 40 gallon water heater is easier to install but this but this tankless now that its in will be easier to replace if need be and added enough space to add a whole house water filter wich I guess that made the install a little more complicated than it need to be but youll definately need filter and or softner if you go tankless I do HVAC and plumbing so parts all in cost me 890.00 If I was to charge labor for this job 1100.00 but I used copper and solder id charge 400.00 less for pex or propress

Price was right and Works as Advertised
Works great, Absolutely love it. FYI: Make sure you follow the instructions and recommendations for the amount of gas flow required and ensure the gas inlet line is sized accordingly.

Finally, enough hot water for me after the everyone else showers.
Now that it is installed and working I absolutely LOVE it. The installation instructions could have been more clear. It took several calls to the manufacturer to get some important details like pressure regulator size but they were very supportive and helpful in the calls. Freed up a lot of space in my garage.
