This is my first purchase with Oxford Vitality. The price is very good. The pills are small and easy to swallow. And the quality is good. I will definitely buy again.

Arrived on time, nice simple packaging, quality seems good, pills are small and easy to take, noticed a modest effect on grey hair after a couple of weeks using them, would recommend.

Don't be surprised that these are blue! Very happy with quality of the product. Tip for anyone losing color in your hair (going grey): consume 1 mg, and crush up 1mg to mix into your shampoo and conditioner. It should help restore some of the natural color, and make your hair super shiny and vibrant.

The tablets came very quickly via the Royal Mail. The packaging is very good and the tablets firm and not falling apart. My sister remarked on the nodules developing on my finger joints and i noticed and was complaining of a spongy feeling when clenching my fists. I was also finding guitar playing difficult when trying to play a G-CHORD on my guitar. I have noticed lots of improvement in my arthritis and in my wrist since including these in my regime and my nodules have gone now. You have to keep taking them and its not an overnight solution so be patient (pardon the pun) and don't give up. This company is very reliable and I have never had any problems

The thing I love about Oxford Vitality is the fact that they don't try and sell there products with lots of fancy packaging ablaze with fancy colours and big bold writing. The packaging is simple, the print on the package is basic but to the point and easy to understand and the tablets themselves are small and understated. But more importantly is that what they state is what you get and they work. And to finish all this off, they are made in the uk. I would thoroughly recommend Oxford Vitality products and will be buying from them again.

I bought this product and so far it seems OK. However, these tiny blue-ish pills disintegrate on my tongue almost immediately which leaves a metallic aftertaste. I wish they were a bit more solid. Remember, copper competes with zinc for absorption and it's usually zinc that gets absorbed! Also vitamin C antagonizes the absorption of copper in your gut. So don't take them at the same time of the day. And don't overdo it! Always take just one pill, unless your doctor tells you something else.
