Excellent product
Its very difficult to know if vitamin supplements do you any good. All I know is this product contains all the Bs I need. In the new year as part of a detox I stopped taking all supplements. I then noticed a return of migraine headaches and numbness on my face and lips. As soon as I started taking these the symtoms disappeared so in this case I can say they are definitely doing me good! By the way the packaging is useful for laying flat in my supplements drawer.

Bought for my sister.
Purchased for my sister. She suffers from Bi-Polar so thought it might help her. She feels they are doing her some good but with her medication it is rather difficult to measure just how much. I very much believe in B-Complex as we age. One thing she did comment on is the size of the plastic tub and felt it could be made more compact, but that's just the packaging and not the product, so don't wish to make a big deal out of that.

Capsules - which makes it expensive
My husband cannot cope with our ususal, more economical Vitamin B tablets - so I have had to buy these capsules for him. But they are not such good value - less vitamin B for more money!!
