Chocolate River Stones (1lb Bag)

The chocolate rocks are amazing. Arrived on time and in great condition. Not a full 16 ounces. They weighed 15.3 in the plastic pouch. Other than that they were great. They remind me of odd shape and colors of m&m's. I used them on cupcakes,sheet cake and 7" cake. The little boy loved them.

I ordered these for garnish on my son's construction themed 3rd birthday cake and was a little apprehensive because of the price, but decided to go ahead because of how cool they looked. They shipped very quickly which was awesome, but when I got notification that they would be arriving today while I was away from the house for 12 hours I became alarmed because that meant this chocolate would be sitting out in the 100 degree St.Louis sun for many hours. I had resigned myself to the fact that I would arrive home to a bag of chocolate soup. To my surprise and delight when I got home I found the package in my mailbox with a sticker "keep away from heat" and when I opened the USPS envelope, I found the chocolate wrapped in butcher paper with an ice pack, all within a foil cooling pouch. Now the ice pack was melted and 25% of the chocolate was melted--but that's only because I was gone for so long. The seller really did everything they could to ensure I got my product intact and I appreciate that. Because of the sellers efforts, I will be able to salvage enough to make the perfect accents on my son's cake!P.S. I put them right in the freezer and I just pulled out some of the previously melted, deformed ones and tasted them...not bad, they taste like sixlets.

The package arrived very quickly which was nice, but the product was packaged in a much larger box than the item needed and without any filler so it was obviously very broke/chipped when it arrived!! The chocolate is not the best quality and was very bland in taste! Will not order again

Not bad but also kinda meh

I was nervous ordering these due to reviews, but they were great. I have a friend who is a science teacher, and "rocks" are one of her favorite things (geods, minerals, etc). So I got these and some beach "stones", and popped them is a big jar, as if I'd collected them. She thought they were real rocks, til one of her kids ate one. Gift success!Note; yes, the bag they came in looked cloudy, but once out of the bag, there was no candy dust, no broken pieces, they were absolutely fine. Same with the beach stones.

God chocolate, but not pretty and packaging is different than pictured as well as stones. They don't look like any stones I've ever seen! Also, they are very small and about half are black.

The rocks shipped well. Very few were chipped. I wanted to cut the more round ones in half to cover the entire project, but they didn’t cut cleanly. My kids didn’t mind the taste but if you like quality chocolate, find something else. In my opinion they are perfect for baking presentations. The coating is thick so I didn’t have issues with them melting in a warm kitchen or chipping easily. The colors include pink and forest green - not natural river rock colors but it didn’t matter for my project.

I used these to create an off road jeeping cake , they are perfect. The candies themselves have quite a bit of 'chipping' off of the hard colored coating, but actually made them look more realistic than if they were perfect. A variety of sizes some larger than a peanut, some about peanut size (Not in shell peanuts) and lots of littler ones. It really helped that they were NOT consistent size/shapes as natural rocks aren't either.
