I actually really like these
Got these because after returning to rugby I noticed my hip flexors were struggling to keep up when sprinting. After using these for a while my sprinting felt great again and my top speed increased too. You can actually give yourself a pretty intense workout using these and nothing else. Plus I work offshore and these are compact and easily fit in my travel bag. They seem durable and have a good variety of resistance strengths. One thing I'll say, put the rings of the straps on the OUTSIDE of your legs, this gives you a more immediate resistance at the beginning of the movement.

Quality product
Great product. Only negative is parachute waste of Time but definatley recommend for any fittnes training. Definatley makes training more exciting and challenging.

Excellent customer service
Incredible tools for training explosiveness and speed. I use the bands for MMA and i've noticed a significant difference in the speed and power of my kicks. The blue speed band I received was faulty (which isn't uncommon with any product that is mass-produced) and was replaced very swiftly after I emailed the seller. Excellent customer service. Also comes with a training programme listing exercises you can perform with the bands. Very quick delivery too. Well deserved 5 stars. -Shane

Big improvement with hip flexor strength and conditioning. Speed improvement seen within two weeks!

Great help in speed training sessions
Really helpful in speed training. Would especially recommend for sprinters. Very helpful in developing explosive strength in a way that much resembles the form of running. The product is of excellent quality and seems to be very durable.
