good size, could go further up neck though , -doesn't stay cold for long unlike the plastic coated packs you can buy

I bought one of these years ago at a mall and loved it. It heated well for warmth and the fabric made the cold not to cold. The aroma from the herbs acted in a calming way and lasted for years. All of this was great, but the best part was the flaps that come down on either side which kept it seated on my shoulders. When I lost that one I searched for a new pad and tried several others on the market, but none of them really worked as well and I was left unhappy. When I finally found them on sale here I was really excited and bought one right away. It has lived up to my memories of it and I am very happy with it now. It's not just for back and shoulders, I use it for my knee, ankle, elbow, shoulders and lower back.

My daughter is delighted with the neck wrap, especially because it covers the shoulders so well. She likes the scent as well.

I bought my previous hot patch pillow from Nature’s Creations 14years ago in the mall and lasted me till this winter. From so much use (almost every other day for headaches) the fabric started to burn off and seeds started to pour out a bit. That is AFTER 14 years! Tried other brands but would always return them due to either the shape being awkward, them getting weirdly moist when you microwave them up or just not enough filling inside to hold the heat longer. I would recommend Natures Creations hot pads/pillows to anybody who needs one. It’s a bit more expensive than others but the extra money paid for it is worth it!
