Like that it’s allergen free. I take several different types of Magnesium. Just started taking Prohealth longevity Brain-Mag pro. Magnesium L-Threonate. It’s been easy on the gut, to swallow, and we’ll see how it works for the brain.

Pro Health Supplements are garbage. They smell like rot.
Every supplement I’ve gotten smells like rotting fish or rotting plants. They fall apart in the bottle. They’re disgusting. They don’t work. Low quality ingredients. Garbage.

Magtein is what you want
Magtein is what you want when buying magnesium, so even though I've never heard of this brand I figured it must be good (or at least decent) if it has Magtein. So far it seems to work just as well as the brand names with Magtein.
