I have always enjoyed using Amazon due to it's service and until recently it's products. But failing to receive a direct or even understandable reason why I still have not received a item I order (Jet mouth washer) I am disappointed, and will "source" my needs where possible else where.

Amazon is grate unless you need to get in tuch with them about a problem you go into your account and push customer service and it give you a list of you purchases it will not give you a email adress or phone number it just keeps puting you back to the list of your purchases

For UK users - I have managed to extract a Freephone customer services number for Amazon 0800 2797234. Once you do get through to them they are very helpful and so far, have managed to resolve many of my delivery problems.
