Bucket too hard to open! But love the flour
I use this flour to make washed flour seitan from scratch and it gives perfect results every time. My only complaint is the bucket is also difficult to open. The line where you are meant to pull the plastic off is not cut deep enough and I have to use a sharp box cutter to try to go over it. One slip and I will be cutting myself.

Fantastic
We had been using the 00 flour (blue) found on Amazon for several years. But as a pizza making family this was the best flour we have used. It yielded a light, airy crust with a slight crunch. This is the only flour we will use for baking going forward.
