PENTAXの良心が感じられる常用レンズ
広角側が24㎜スタートでF値も2.8通しではなく抑えられたスペックのレンズ。そのおかげでコンパクトで手に入れやすい価格になっています。K-1に装着するとバランスが良く解像度も良好。質感も悪くない。とりあえずこれをつけていればおおよその撮影はこなせる万能レンズです。限られた開発状況の中で、このように入手しやすく使いやすいレンズをラインナップしてくれるところに、一眼レフでの撮影体験を大切にするPENTAXの良心を感じます。

I will give it 5 stars if it start from 24mm instead of 28mm
It is light and fairly sharp throughout its range. Build quality is good and focus is fast and sure. For that it is of excellent value for its price point. It may have curve aperture and so its sunstars and not as good as the DA 18-135 cousin. I wish its wide end start at 24mm instead of 28mm though.
