How long does it take to charge. I have had this in charge for about 5 hours and it is still only on the second bar. Surely it doesn’t take this long?

The charging time for the battery case is 8 hours.

24 hrs later and still not fully charged. Only at 3 bars. Should I return this? Not happy it is taking this long got told it should only take 8 hrs.
