I never take the time to write reviews but I will for these. I too was a little skeptical they would be thick enough for chemicals, but they are perfect for washing dishes. I was annoyed at how often I had to replace my gloves even though I was being careful. They lasted just under 3 months which is a record. One small slit at the index finger. I just bought (2) more pairs and after using them I am now confident to try them with the industrial vinegar. I also love that they are black!!

These gloves split the first time they were used. Since they are being used with chemicals which can cause severe burns, this is not a great thing to have happen. They, also, seem to run a size small. I ordered mine in size large which, according to most charts means a diameter of 9"-10" around the hand just in front of the thumb. My had measurement is 9.25" and the gloves were difficult to put on and even harder to remove. If a chemical splash had happened, and I needed to remove the gloves quickly, due to the split in the gloves, I would have had a severe burn. DO NOT BUY!

Not as strong as I thought would theybbe rip when u hand wash it but it protects your hands.
