Sela SE 087 Carton Cajon with Snare Sound/Instructions, Standard 45 cm, Standard (45 cm / 17.7")

I am very impressed at only £18 this could be just a toy. But it compares well with expensive proper wooden Cajons. I have a wooden Schlagwerk German. Cajon. The Sela cardboard one is a good big size. Has a nice big fat warm bass sound. Very lightweight and comfortable to play and sit on. It is quite versatile. Takes a bit of time to assemble. However well worth it. I would be interested to try the smaller version as well. Well pleased. A definite recommendation.

A complete waste of time, money and effort. Has absolutely no bass at all. I found a box in the garagewith better bass than this thing. Needless to say, it went back. I have to give it one star to get this reviewaccepted but it should minus one really.

Easy to put together makes a nice sound even though I'm not a heavy person you can see a dent in the cardboard already.

This is a lovely affordable introduction to Cajon if you’re not sure whether to take the plunge! We had loads of fun assembling it and it’s got a great sound too! I highly recommend buying this as a gift for someone who is looking for a Cajon but doesn’t know where to begin.

Good sound and quality.

Great cajón for someone who just wants to see if they would enjoy playing this instrument. It's also great for kids as if they would break it you don't loose much money to buy new one.

After looking at all the reviews I thought this would be an ideal and easy Cajon. But it's not easy when it's missing half the parts! All I received was the outer shell and the snare wires, none of the inner braces that are needed to build it! Not impressed and will be demanding my money back.
