A budget gaming mouse that's mechanical, programmable and has various functions!
The media could not be loaded. If you are a gamer with a budget or a computer enthusiast who loves LED filled gadgets, I'd definitely say pick this mouse for your setup.I also own the white variant, so the review will be the same apart from the feeling of this mouse.♣ Unboxing & Initial Feel ♣The mouse comes in a broad cardboard box with an outlined design of the mouse at the front of it, all of the text is primarily in Chinese.I received a the CD, Manual and the G10 mouse. There are included black plastic replacement pads for the bottom of the mouse. When holding the mouse, it's easy to grip as it's large but compact in a sense and feels just right in terms of weight. Not too heavy but has a perfect build to weight ratio compared to my ECHTPOWER mouse.♣ Build & Aesthetics ♣This mouse is excellent in it's look, owning a black version brings out the LED colors very well. Not to forget it suits my gaming setup. It will look MUCH more appealing in real life then it does on pictures (which pretty much applies the majority of on-line products).I cannot express how mechanically attractive it looks more than I already have. A mouse at this price point can still give such a wow factor to others because of it's simple engineering and does not need to be frowned upon.Every button is tactile and the scroll wheel is pleasantly smooth to operate. The LEDs are a smooth tone so aren't overpowering and pretty relaxing to look at. I'm not responsible for anyone seeing rainbows everywhere once reading the last statement. The LED is bright and colours are nice and vivid.Having a braided cable really adds to the lifespan of the mouse, it's also got a gold connector to improve lifespan further so a win/win situation here. This mouse has a red & black braided cable and really looks amazing.I was scared that the grooves and gaps would be a a nuisance but you really don't notice them or get your fingers trapped in them at all.♣ Features ♣I showcase the application in my VIDEO and I run through the features. This programmable mouse is equipped with 10 programmable buttons that can be programmed via the application, it does some exciting things.(Windows 10 Pro)- Assigning keys to different functions- Setting different DPI to your desired options and different colours for each stage- Different DPI colours and effects (Standard, Respiration, Neon)- Advanced settings such as Mouse speed, scrolling speed, double-click speed and Macro Settings (not really the best setting as of now)*TO USE THE APPLICATION, INSTALL IT VIA THE DISK, GO INTO THE BOTTOM RIGHT HAND CORNER IN THE SYSTEM APP AREA AND DOUBLE-CLICK THE APPLICATION'S ICON TO OPEN IT*The handy thing about this mouse is the NOTIFICATIONS it provides to the user in Windows 10.- Disconnecting the Mouse - No gaming mouse detected- Connecting the Mouse - Gaming mouse detected- Changing the DPI - Switch DPI into the # stage of #At this time, Macro Settings isn't my strong point within this application so I'll feedback once I've gotten the hang of using the feature.Other than that, wow. You get a TON of things to experiment with it will impress you for what the mouse is, don't expect £100 worth of features.♣ Overall Opinion ♣The setup process for this mouse color was a little more annoying. The folders were in Chinese but I'm not the type to scold a product over that. It was easy to find in the end by looking for G10.exeAn amazing gaming mouse for a good price and is programmable, definitely a recommended purchase by me. I'll be using this for a while and it's nice to know the application looks lovely overall, delivering features that actually work.So far it's EXCEEDED my expectations and everything simply just works. I'll be using this over my SUMLINK 4000 White version. So far I've tried this mouse with games such as Sniper Elite 3, Counter-Strike etc. and the DPI settings do help as well as how great the mouse glides over my aluminium mouse pad.'' Disclaimer: Thank you to the supplier who provided me a discounted sample of this product in exchange for an unbiased and fair review. The review has been completely HONEST and has not maliciously altered my opinion throughout ''If there are any questions please ask me below my review content!

Great mouse overall, amazing for the price. Broke after one year
Works great so far. Precise, easy to set up, feels great to use. One star taken off due to the awkward placement of the back and forward buttons, but there is the possibility to remap so this is at worst a minor annoyance. Build quality is good, looks sturdy and feels like a quality product, including the mesh cable. I haven't needed to test the geometry adjustments as it felt right straight out of the box. Coming from a razer naga, this really doesn't feel like a downgrade, especially considering the price difference!EDIT:My original review as it stood a couple of weeks after buying it. A year and a half of not that heavy use later and the mouse has malfunctioned, the cursor moves on its own rendering the mouse unusable. Definitely something to keep in mind when you are buying.

Good Quality mouse for little cost! One Mans Love with Technology
Opening the beige box to be confronted by the visage of a mechanical devil staring back at me, I felt a sudden urge to question my decision: "Have I done the right thing? Is it alive? Should I turn it on, lest it gain conciousness and wreak havoc upon my small existence?". All valid questions which, after slight hesitation peeling off the cover to it's gold plated USB connection, I dutifully ignored. "Oh **** what have I done?" I heard my cautious inner self scream as the pulsating red glow came to life, it's distorted skull like eyes peering into the depths of my soul, until, I realised, how pretty they were! Yes, I now felt a kinship with this mouse: its smooth black coating, devoid of any prints left by my hand when plucking up the courage to touch it's soft exterior; It's tidy little thumb rest, ideally placed to comfort and cradle whilst sporting 2 conveniently placed side buttons; not mention it's sleek design, not so devilish any more, but more angelic, in a twisted deformed way! Bonus- It had yet to take over my computer and cause grievous bodily harm to myself, or my Girlfriend cowering behind the bed in fear of retribution! At this point, my inner man surged, confident that the mouse was meant to serve, I wretched by adoring gaze away from it's tidy braided cord, and silver toned aesthetic look to contemplate a more hardy exploration of the beast breathing on my desktop. Yes, I would look underneath! To which I discovered more answers to it's heavenly design; the large metal bottom, giving it weight to the otherwise lightweight plastic making for a balance that works well upon my trembling fingers; 4 smooth black pads in order for it to glide effortlessly upon my mouse mat, and the master control, the switch to turn off the LED's! Pressing said switch bought an audible gasp, from my otherwise silent contemplation, as the light faded from its boney features and lay dormant. This gave me the opportunity to examine the box from whence it came...Inside the cardboard coffin I found more to draw my attention. Replacement sticky black pads for my creatures padded backside; and a mini disk, presumably once translated out of it's native Asian tongue would read 'Don't feed after midnight'. Intrigued, I placed the CD into my disk drive, closed it, and heard the soft hum of the unknown disk warm up. Then the thought struck: What if this was to give it sentience? I quickly shot a glance at the monster in it's rested state, still unaware (or so I thought) to the transpiring events. Then I made a discovery! The Sumlink mouse was one and the same as the Luom G10! This explained everything! Or actually nothing as it meant little to me until I hit the snag: I don't read any Asian Language! After some exploration within the CD (or as I referred to it- The Beasts Mind), and some internet searching (mostly on Amazons American Cousin) I had successfully downloaded its conciousness onto my computer. Determined in my resolution to tame this wonder, I woke the beast, it's pulsating Red glow coming alive once more, staring at me but this time, I had control! I had The driver settings menu Open and ready! The wonders never ceased. I was Charlie in the Chocolate Factory (original not that Burton disaster)! I Asserted all the manliness I could muster (and lets be honest, it's not a lot), and placed my hand upon the skeletal being. It's smoothness in full grip shocked me! My hand melted with it fine features to become one! Its buttons clicking softly under my fingers, we (as now I saw us as one intertwined unique being co-existing together in harmony) explored it's inner workings. All the buttons were clearly labelled and the key setting ready to manipulate into a more structured way of life for the both of us. Although the mouse wheel itself initially gave me some resistance, a tiny rebellion at being conquered by it's human host, It fell into line as we altered its four DPI settings and adjusted it's corresponding colours. Gone was the harsh red glow of terminating eyes, welcome was the soft Azure glow of symbiotic bliss! Although the colours and key setting stay saved within it's memory core, the DPI settings somehow revert to original whenever it comes back to life after a small, well deserved, resting period... Even so, the mouse purrs to my touch as I hear it whisper sweet nothings into my ear!Our transformation was complete. My Girlfriend was less then impressed.

Disappointing
Pretty good for the first weeks or so, after that time it started to disconnect during playing. And now it completely stopped working. I plug it in and it doesn't do s***. I'm pretty pissed of but honestly, what did i expect of a 20£ mouse.
