Improved my kidney function

I started eating clean and went thru a detox. One of the things on my daily detox was to drink the dandelion tea. The first time I did the detox (3 years ago), I drank the tea, which was absolutely horrible! I decided to go with the capsules. WOW.....why did I not do this the first time. Such a great substitute! I would highly recommend. One thing to note.....The first couple of days that I started taking this, I was a little cloudy. Once my system got used to it, I was fine and didn't notice anything wonky. Just wanted to throw that out there ;-)

Taste and smell horrible, but they do work for intracranial pressure

I was on 25 mg a day of HCTZ without too much effect. I bought this dandelion leaf capsule and dropped 6 pounds of water in 3 days. That, my friends, is 3 full quarts. The first day I had to get up 3 times during the night. I can feel and see the difference all over my body. Update: down 8 pounds since starting this product, nearly a gallon of fluid lost. Hydrochlorothiazide was doing very little for the swelling. Update 2: 6/3/23 -Now down 12 pounds, all fluid. Have not changed my eating habits at all. I can actually see the tendons in my feet! I have a small amount of foot and leg swelling at the end of the day, but I am 200% better. There have been no side effects.

This works. I don't have A huge problem so no miracle cure and I was skeptical ... But they do work. Definitely try them if you retain water

It's ok. Capsules are easy to swallow. I don't notice a difference in how often I need to use the restroom, nor do I feel less bloated.
