For anyone who may still have this question, yes, you can carry this in your carry-on luggage. All containers are tsa compliant sizes and the clear carrying case means you just take the whole bag out and place it in the bin to go through security, no need to take each individual item out.

How long does it take to get the package? I am going on a trip in one week and i want to make sure it will get here in time!

Is this approved for carry on without having to remove any items from the bag? I plan on packing the travel bag in a backpack. Trip is out of country.

Everything is under 100ml so you should be fine. When passing the security control you may have to take the bag out of the bag pack. Usually small liquids on the carry on go on a transparent bag, so idk if you may have any issues if all the products are inside a black pouch...
