This pillow has been great for me following a running knee injury, I can sleep a lot better using it as it gives the right support for my hips and knees whilst my injury heels. Good quality pillow and comfortable

Brilliant! Helped so much with my Sciatic pain, good support, nice and soft memory foam., but providing good support for side sleepers.

Got this because of a bad disc herniation and sleeping was painful because I couldn't lie on my back or front and when laying on my side, my hips were out of alignment which caused additional soreness in my hips as well as my back. First night I used it, it took some getting used to in order to fall asleep but the position itself gave me immediate relief. Very sturdy and supportive but also soft so it doesn't irritate your skin. The strap also prevented it from moving during the night and meant it didn't matter if I rolled over onto my other side since it remained in place regardless. Even now months after first purchasing it, it has kept its shape and supportiveness and while I don't need to use it as much owing to my recovery, I am very glad to have it for those nights my back plays up again. Fantastic value for money and it goes without saying you can't put a price on the value of the relief it provided. Highly recommend to those with back or hip issues.

I am very happy with this knee pillow. The pillow feels firm yet comfortablea and the velcro adjustable straps keeps it in place the whole night. It is a very good product.

Comfortable but moves about. So far no change to pain levels. Have used it for 2 weeks.

I have a fractured neck of femur- i have swollen foot/leg normal for post op recovery- This product allowed me to evaluate my injured ley in bed (sleeping on back) which allows me to get about 3 hours sleep while supporting my wounded leg via placement under the calf. Its easy to get under the calf of leg using the uninjured one to push it in. Its also easy to get it off using they same method when I need to-its conformable and easy to work out which way it goes by feel-as cant sit up. Its really helping

An effective pillow to prevent tension and pain in hip joints

Very comfortable. Thought I’d sweat using it but I don’t. Worth the money. After a couple of nights the small of the back felt so much better.
