Works on 71' Honda CL175
Fit my 71' CL175. Did not leak. Make sure you start the collar on the threads of both the tank and this petcock at the same time otherwise the collar could tighten on one of the mentioned parts before squeezing the gasket between the parts which would make it appear tight but would still leak.

Cleaned my tank out, put on the new petcock, put about a gallon of gas in it and the petcock doesn't shut off. I have gas leaking out of carbs and the only way to stop the flow is to disconnect the hoses from the carbs, pinch them together. What a waste. Now I have to drain the tank, take it off and find one else where. SOB!!

Replaces the shutoff on a 1969 CL450 Honda. Fit perfectly!! Honestly the hoses and filter didn’t fit the carbs as I would like. I used heavier hose and no worries.

Fits an old Honda nicely with no leaks!
I needed to replace an earlier version of this petcock that leaked bad. This new one screwed into place perfectly and did not and has not leaked a drop. The doesn't smell gas in the garage and I don't need to worry about a puddle on the floor. Win win everybody's happy.
