Q: What is the weight of this knife ?

I don't know the weight but it is a bit heavier then expected and is the best kitchen knife I have.

Q: Is the handle plastic?

It is not wood it’s some sort of a very hard plastic type of handle. It won’t break I don’t think but it’s interesting that there are so many cracks by the rivets
