Works great. Keep in mind this set is two sizes. 50mm and 52mm for gibsons and epiphones and similar guitars. I didnt realize this when I got it and put them on the wrong pickups and they didnt fit right. I was confused. Two days later I was looking at them and realized they were two different sizes and so were my pickups. Then they popped right on!!!

I did measure my pickups. I did order the right size, but they are still slightly off on the lugs. That being said it’s unnoticeable until your within inches of the pickup, and give that sweet aesthetic and subtle tone change I was looking for.

Excellent fit and they look great; however, I still didn't have good luck with the results. After soldering these to the base of the old PUPs, I got the guitar ready to rock and was met with horrible feedback. I ended up having to just purchase new PUPs entirely.

I have been looking for a set of pup covers that are black but everyone sells black chrome that is shiny and not super black. These looked good until I opened the package and see the are the same black chrome that everyone else sells, and the others call them black chrome... They are a solid piece of gear however and the quality is there.

They have that classic gold look, my pickup was too wide, it was a strange Duncan double white JB that was wider than most so I had to use a dremel to cut the cover a bit, but ended up fitting and looking okay. Also had to file down my JB pickup as well. HEY if it doesn't fit your pickup don't whine, just return it. Holes weren't perfect but that's hard to find with cheap covers. wanna pay for brand name covers? didn't think so

The black version really isn't a painted black. More a dark cosmo black. At times when they reflect something light, they almost look chrome. Powder-coating them black would be perfect. These fit onto the stock zebra bobbin pickups on a Jackson JS32 Rhoads V, the 50/52 set fit perfectly. The white bobbins did not show through the holes at all. These were noisy whenever touched. Connecting the covers to ground will probably fix this.

These DO NOT fit my Gibson Les Paul Custom. Thought I might save some money and time on shipping, but it was a total waste of both. Did what I should have done from the start and ordered original parts from Gibson which fit perfectly. These got sent back.

These are sturdy, nice looking covers , however mine were almost a mm to short for my standard size humbucker and would not fit no matter what I tried.

Se marcan las huellas fácilmente; pero quedan de lujo en guitarras negras o de color madera… todavía no las he instalado; pero creo que van a quedar genial. El tamaño es el estándar de muchas pastillas y encajan a la perfección en mis Duncan Designed… Y el precio es súper económico… ya he encargado cuatro más en negro y en cromado…
