Can anyone tell me why my brushcutter only works better with the choke half on

I think it could be fuel mix wrong as some are 40-1 and some are 25-1 read the instructions that should tell you . i hope thats of help

Pull chord for starting will not retract into housing, what is the problem, and can you supply spare part if required

Seems to be a bit of an issue for others too. {Parker sent me a refurbished one after some discussion. However, you can buy replacement parts on various internet shopping sites (e-bay for one). Easy to switch the broken one for new one - just four screws. I would recommend using loctite on them to ensure they don't vibrate loose.

Is there anywhere to get a fuel cap for one of these as the one on it cracked after a few uses
