Essentially tasteless. Mix it vigorously with water and after it stands for a few minutes, it is clear. I take 2,000 mg of Vitamin C with it as that is what is recommended by many sources. A bit on the pricey side, but in my reviews of collagen powders, this is one of the few that had a very clean profile (in terms of purity and no heavy metals).

Excellent collagen. Dissolves with no taste or grittiness I put it in my protein shake and you can’t even tell it’s in there. Great product.

This is third- party certified, it works, and I have had on auto ship. I’ve never had problems receiving my order over the years. It’s a great value when you consider all the above but I really want to stress the quality of this product is third- party tested. I had years of another more popular product that actually contributed to high levels of heavy metals and over worked with a homeopath to clear my body of these harmful chemicals. They recommended this brand for me but I also do a lot of research on le Google. I find it easier to dissolve in room temp water and then add my trace minerals and electrolytes— there is very little taste in the product so I can layer my supplements and it’s not a big deal. It’s made a noticeable difference in my hair, nails. I will keep using it as long as they make it.

Not quite sure how to rate this. I've been taking this product for about a week and already have less knee pain and I feel pretty good. However, I started taking it before bed for better absorption but have had sleep disturbances and vivid racing dreams waking me at 5 a.m. for 4 nights in a row. Research said this could happen because of the high glycine and suggested taking it in the morning. I'll give that a try and see if it helps.
