Can this be used on a spin bike with regular sneakers?

I bought these to use with regular shoes, they work well. Check to be sure your spin bike has normal pedal threads standard is 9/16" power grips also makes a "Fat Strap" or just get the straps and hardware if the pedals don't fit the threads.

What is the quality of this pedal? I was told it wasn't worth the money, is this true?

I think it's great quality. The only issue I had with it was one of the nuts holding the grip down came off. Check to make sure that these are tight and you'll have no problems. I bought these pedals to train for and ride RAGBRAI last year and they really increased my efficiency on the 406 mile ride.

Would these put to much pressure on Teva Sandlas toes Not racing, just cruising....

The ball of your foot should be centered over the center of the pedal so your toes should be well forward and out of the equation.

Are these pedals easier to exit than clipless? Do to an accident I can’t twist one of my ankles quickly enough to release safely from clipless.

You can adjust the strap to be as tight or light as you choose - in and out is pretty easy, a looser fit will probably serve your ankle best. They get easier to work with time (experience plus wear-in). FYI, the pedal "teeth" grab soft-soled footwear just a bit -- I found the "stickiest bit" was the "teeth" on the pedal, tended to dig in a bit to the soft sole of my sneakers or sandals, depending on what footwear I was wearing.
