Hi As I have had this for some years and washed so many times that the label has washed out my partner thinks it's 80% Cotton 20% Polyester, also Machine washable at low temperature, it's like thin linen, I'm still using it with no problems. This is my opion only someone else may feel different.

Firstly you seem to be looking at the spare cover for the wedge only according to this, so please be aware of that. The actual Aidapt wedge is lightweight "high density polyurethane foam", not memory foam which in my own experience is both heavier and more prone to encouraging perspiration. That's why I chose the Aidapt wedge; I don't get too hot using it & this has been the first from now three different types that has suited me, though I can appreciate that our needs vary.
