Can these be used on a gas or electric cooker?

They’re measuring cups, not pots made to be used for cooking on the hob. However, they are made of stainless steel, so I don’t see why you couldn’t use them on the hob. Mind you, they’re pretty thin so you’d risk burning whatever food you put in them, unless you can get the heat to a very low setting or use in low oven instead.
