Hi I have this but I cant figure out how to get the decals off the little piece of card, they dont want to peel off, do you have to hand cut them?

Cut each decal from the paper, one at a time and put it in a saucer of warm water until it slides easily from the backing paper. Once in place, dab off the excess water with tissue.
