Brilliant product make u feel like a boy again

I have been using this product for over 1 month all I can say is wow... my skin is glowing, my fatigue has gone, my thinking is sharper and clear no more brain fog. Now I havent felt a super charge in energy but my energy levels have slowly increased. This product has helped me so much I have ordered it on repeat. Thanks guys for a superior product.

I purchased this product after reading good reviews of it`s effectiveness, plus liked the fact it was sourced from natural minerals in the Himalayas. Sometimes I suffer from a lack of energy and slight depression so have been hoping the Shilajit to increase energy and well being plus aware of it`s health benefits.. After 4 weeks of taking it, I`ve certainly noticed a difference albeit not a drastic one but deifinitely positive.. Maybe it needs more time to have a big effect but I don`t want to expect too much and becomes a placebo mindset. The wooden spatula is a good idea but I`m not sure how high (piled) on the spatula should the doseage be? I know the markings are there to guide - so I go for 500mg, but does that mean go to the 500mg marking on both sides of the spatula? Maybe a small wooden spoon would be more accurate. The box says 60 servings and I`ve got a feeling I may be putting too much on as am sure I`ve used more than half the tub so far - maybe other readers or the retailer could guide me further after reading this review? I like the earthy taste and it dissolves fine in warm to hot coffee and will certainly look to purchase it again.

Great if you use daily. Either swallow or mix into warm drink. Helps with sleep and exercise i found.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Unclear Effect, Weaker Than Expected I’m not sure if this Shilajit actually had any noticeable effect — it definitely didn’t feel as strong as other versions I’ve tried in the past. For the price, I expected more potency or at least a clear difference in energy or focus. It’s hard to justify the cost when the results are so subtle. Might work for some, but in my case, it didn’t live up to the expectations.

I have to be honest. The batch I got wasn't good. It makes me feel foggy brained. May not be the case for everyone but this is after a year review.

I’m really loving this product. I’m a first time user after hearing other people’s benefits so thought I’d give it a go to address some of my issues. I’m a few weeks in now and already my energy levels are better. I get up early (05.00) and do a workout Mon-Fri. My stamina is better and I’m getting less fatigue. My sleep was always pretty good but I used to feel tired during the day and that has definitely improved. I take my dosage spit over a coffee in the morning and one in the afternoon and in that there’s is absolutely no after taste!
