Do not consume more, but a great product!
Good for beginners, I've seen significant changes once I took this one scoop , there are few things to be noted- Amazing flavor and dissolves well Gives you a boost to workout (literally) You won't feel light headed (atleast I dint ) The con is not in the product but if don't depend on pre workout foe all your regular workouts, use it on your intense days , I mix my creatine in this too.. works amazing , but since it pushes you to do more in gym, you will have bad soreness next day, so keep a track of your workout, don't over do it , and don't depend on pre for your day to day workout..

Not extreme as the name suggests but definitely a good choice basis the price bracket. Maintains good focus. My workout duration is 2 hours. For me, I need to consume a bit more than the prescribed dosage for the effects to last till the end of the workout. However it varies from person to person. Recommended for beginners after 1-2 years of experience.

MuscleBlaze (for the most part) is known to deliver a decent-quality product, and their pre-workout does a good job for its price and composition! 200mg caffeine, with 2000Mg Beta Alanine provides me instant boost after a tiring office shift before hitting the gym. (Note: Gives a measurable boost for cardio-related activities, not a necessity for weight-training or muscle-building exercises. Also, to keep your body from building tolerance, consider taking pre-workout every other day or every 2 days. Finally, don't take pre workout mere hours before bedtime or you're gonna stay awake late into the night).

Review from a beginner or first time user Mixability was pretty trash would recommend using a shaker. I think it's beginner friendly I didn't felt any crazy side-effects there were a little tingling effects which lasted for like 10-15 min so if u want smth strong this pre workout ain't for u and this particular one costed me 550 for 100 g not worth it tbh
