Do not consume more, but a great product!
Good for beginners, I've seen significant changes once I took this one scoop , there are few things to be noted- Amazing flavor and dissolves well Gives you a boost to workout (literally) You won't feel light headed (atleast I dint ) The con is not in the product but if don't depend on pre workout foe all your regular workouts, use it on your intense days , I mix my creatine in this too.. works amazing , but since it pushes you to do more in gym, you will have bad soreness next day, so keep a track of your workout, don't over do it , and don't depend on pre for your day to day workout..

Decent and sober pre work out drink for those who wants a focused workout. No crash post workout. Decent taste.Gives the mild kick you need for those early morning sessions.

I ordered this MB pre-workout two days ago and tried it today before my gym session — seriously, the results are amazing! 💥 Just took one scoop, and within 20–25 minutes, my energy level went to the next level. During the workout, focus, stamina, and muscle pump were all incredible. No side effects at all, and the taste is also quite good — not too sweet, not too bitter. Not a PreWorkout, degrade the performance after taking this
This is not preworkout, it's wrong description, after taking this, muscles gets jaam and your performance will degrade as compared to previous OR without preworkout. This review is completely unbiased and after carefully observing.

good for cardio
Good for focus and intense workouts. Best for explosive training and cardio. Can cause a headache during light workouts and not ideal for weight lifting sessions.

This is good for daily workouts. Reasonably priced and has good mixability. You do not need a shaker for this. Just stir with a spoon and it mixes wells. Tastes good and gives a reasonable pump
