Never got my results or answers via email
This is my second attempt to do a review, after first attempt someone actually answered my email but didnโt actually help me. Iโve used the company before so know how to return samples, I did it as Iโve done before and got nothing back, no answers why via email just a attempt to suggest I didnt return it properly. I returned it with slip and with label on sample as instructed !! Iโm afraid I may as well have burnt the money because Iโm not seeing those results and gonna have to buy from someone else now

Smooth process and professional
I went to buy another kit, as I'd used this particular one in April this year (2024). I just saw all the negative reviews! Seemed to be very inaccurate. Will not be buying again.
Everything seemed ok, with clear instructions and the result came back quickly. However, result was not anywhere near the one that I got from my own doctor 2 weeks later. So 27.9 mmol/mol on 30th January, but 43 mmol/mol on the 14th February. Over time, my results have varied from 38 to 43, so 27.9 would appear to be very inaccurate!

Very quick results
I used this to check on my HbA1C levels between my check up from my doctor. I received the kit quickly, the instructions were easy to follow. I took my blood on Monday morning to get the sample in the post for 9am and I received my results on Tuesday afternoon. The service from this company has been very good.

This is a great product for checking long term diabetes HbA1c levels. It is very easy to use with simple and clear instructions. You get the result very quickly, I sent mine off at 6pm on Monday and I had the result by Wednesday lunchtime. Great value for money and if you need to contact them they are helpful and easy to talk to.
