WORLD MKTG OF AMERICA/IMPORT KWP212 2 Plaque 12000 BTU Gas Wall Heater,Grey

I did a LOT of shopping before buying this model. I had a nice looking Propane heater that was a real pain. The pilot did not light and I had to remove the glass plate and use a lighter. Living in Texas I did not need it except when we had a power outage. It was nice when we wanted quick heat durint the cold days and it produced a more comfortable heat than just electric. So when it stopped working I was glad to replace it. I started with one that was about a thousand but noted bad reviews and poor customer service. I then looked at ones that wer 500 to 700. Thied to buy and kept rejecting my credit card. So when this popped up I bought it because I had given up searching and thought this may not look as nice but it has the oxygen shut-off safety feature. I could not be happier. It actually has an almond like color like the 500 to 700 models and looks nice. It works great ! Winter in Texas is now pretty much over as this week we have temps in the 80's. So I thought I would add to my review having used it a while. At any price I would have been happy with this unit. We are all electric and I thought we would just use it to quickly heat a room while the electric heated up, then turn off the propane and just use the electric. I was pleasantly surprised that the heat with the propane was preferred over the electric and we just did not turn on the electric. The only thing that would have made it better is a thermostat but really that is minor. When it gets too hot, turn it to just one panel or off. Another note: the pilot is super easy to start and turn off. With my propane of 20 plus years, I leave the pilot on rather than having to restart it.

Great product. We are thrilled with it. And we are thrilled with the ability to work with Amazon and the shippers

Item was not in working order.

Works good here at high elevation .. 6800' .. just leave a window or vent cracked. Much better than the blue flame heater I had which would not stay working. The only problem on this particular heater .. the striker button doesn't work to light the pilot .. which is just as well as it is noisy and hard to push .. I just use a long match. I could probably re-position the igniter if I put in the effort. One great thing about this heater .. you can just have the pilot flame for heat .. sometimes that is all you need. And yes .. you will have to have an elbow fitting to connect underneath if it sits on it's legs on the floor .. not enough room for the hose otherwise. I have mine up on a couple bricks .. takes care of that problem.

Good value,works great

It was easy for my son to install it heats great and is si much easier to light the pilot light than the old one was.

My husband had to go get a connection but hooked it up and works well enough for my insulated She Shed 12x20, eastern N.C. winters 18 to 50 degrees

Nice heater works great highly recommend it

Great item, works well giving a serious amount of heat out in my man shed! Instructions very much refer to American standards but easy enough to fit making sure you have plenty of ventilation as this fire has no flue! I would strongly recommend fitting a carbon monoxide alarm as a safety option! Appliance looks great, is lightweight making fitting to the wall really easy using the supplied brackets Functionality the appliance is really easy to use, it lights first time every time

These are usually great heaters however this is my third one and this one only one burner lights up I have followed the instructions to a tee on page 22 to no avail I have contacted the company and had no reply
