The item was used, there was a tape used on the cap of the bottle to fix it, there was a sticker attached on companies packaging to hide the date of manufacturing and other details (please look at the picture, you can notice it. (I've used this product earlier, no such stickers was there on other bottles)

Good fertilizer for green foliage, got good results with regular spray every week.
