Good to use during workouts
I had been struggling with shin splints which, were effecting the intensity of my cardio routines. I purchased these along with calf compression sleeves and I no longer struggle with pain or discomfort during my workouts. Iโm not sure if itโs because of the inserts or compression sleeves or the combination but, all I know is that itโs made things so much better!

Great insoles
First impression is very good. They were easy to trim to size. Exactly what I needed for my very flat worn out Docs with zero support. Too early to tell if they help my back pain but they definitely feel very comfortable upon testing, nice padding and arch support. Oh btw, I cut the insoles to a size 9 because thats what most of my shoes are. I forgot my Docs are a size 8. I tried to put them in anyways to see if they would still fit without trimming down more to an 8. They fit perfectly. So, maybe try just cutting the insoles to a size bigger than your shoe an test it. You can always trim the insoles more but you can't add it back. Will update if anything goes badly but I'm very happy I purchased these.

Amazing!
These work great! They have really made a big difference being on my feet, and not making my feet hurt. I got these for pregnancy and even wore them walking around Disney and universal. They are really easy to cut to make sure they fit in your shoe, and the arch height is perfect.

Help Ease Pain and Boost Energy!
Iโm not a fan of inserts you have to cut. I am a left handed girl living in a scissors-for-right-handed-peopleโs-world! So, note to lefties: use a box cutter or exacto knife. As long as you cut it well the fit for an average size 8 is great. I can use this in snow/hiking/fancy boots, running or athletic shoes, and other casual closed toe shoes like โBobsโ or โTomsโ, for example. The pain relief is so great I definitely know when I need to replace these because my lower back immediately starts to hurt. They last me about 6 months so if you are super active/go to the gym every day, or spend a lot of time on concrete, you may need to replace them more often. Iโm giving these 4 stars because I do wish they lasted longer, but for the price point and quality I think itโs a good deal.

Prevent Pain ***UPDATED***
I have extremely flat feet. My left foot especially is in really bad shape. My foot specialist has suggested surgery at least on the left side, but I have yet to hear anybody have anything nice to say about foot/ankle surgery. Most people have to get it done at least twice but then still have problems. Inserts with a pronounced arch support hurt me because it's pressing on the side of my foot where the arch should be. It will also develop a large callous there. I came across these that are to "prevent pain". I really like them. They seem to keep my ankles stable and don't press in where the arch should be. I ordered a couple more pairs of them. I have an appointment with my foot specialist tomorrow and will take a pair to show him. He wants to sell me a pair of custom-made orthotics that will cost $500. If he can convince me that those will be the best for my feet, I will pay that price. All I know is I'm a 62yo woman who has a lot of foot/ankle/knee pain. I've got to do at least some walking. I can't be wheelchair or bed bound. If you have foot/ankle/knee/back pain, give these inserts a shot. They're not that expensive and they are definitely worth a try. ***UPDATE*** So when I went to see my foot doctor on Monday, when I pulled these insoles out of the bag I had them in, he immediately said, "Oh, those are crap". Well, these pieces of 'crap' are what's keeping my ankle from moving back and forth while walking. My left foot is now completely collapsed and no orthotics would do any good for it. I will have to have a pretty complex surgery to fix it. In the meantime, I will wear these insoles because it's hard to walk when your ankle is moving back and forth.

Really did not see a change in my back pain
"The arch support is flexible, and the material feels durable, but these did not work well for my specific needs. Because of the full-foot cushioning thickness, they took up too much space in my shoes and squeezed my toes. I also didn't feel a massive difference in my lower back pain compared to standard foam inserts. They might work better if you completely remove your shoe's original factory insoles first, or if you use them strictly in wide-fitting shoes.

Much more comfortable, even tho I only buy shoes with high arches.
Great for high arches, narrow heals.

Game-Changer for Comfort and Pain Prevention!
As someone who spends a lot of time on my feet, these Insoles have been an absolute lifesaver. Iโm a size 8.5, and they fit perfectly in my boots without any trimming or hassle. From the very first wear, I could feel the differenceโthey provide incredible support and cushioning that lasts all day. What Makes Them Amazing: Tri-Protect System: This advanced technology really delivers! It stops pain before it starts by addressing the muscle-induced joint stiffness and strain that leads to lower body pain. Full-Foot Protection: These insoles combine cushioning, support, and shock absorption to protect every part of your foot. The result? No more aching feet, knees, or back after a long day. Shock-Absorbing Heel: The heel cushioning takes the brunt of the impact, reducing stress on my lower body with every step. Flexible Arch Support: Whether Iโm walking, standing, or running errands, the arch support adapts to keep me comfortable no matter what. When to Use Them: Perfect for boots, sneakers, or everyday shoes. Great for work, long walks, or anytime you need extra support to prevent discomfort. Pro Tip for Perfect Fit: If you're between sizes or unsure, these insoles are flexible enough to fit snugly into most shoes without trimming. For my size 8.5 boots, they fit perfectly out of the box!

Did not work for me
I bought for pain relief of my foot, knee and hips. It did not work as pain continued. It was too soft and did not provide arch support!
