Tidy solution. Using it with my BT ONE box....works great
I had gigabit internet connection installed at home. BT Openreach installed a ONT device. The device needed a mains connection, which was not convenient where the box was installed. I use Power Over Ethernet (POE) at home, so I looked at if there was a way to use POE to have a single cable to provide the data connection and the power to the BT ONT device. This device delivered exactly the solution that I needed. One data cable, with a POE injector, going to this device and a single cable (which is supplied in the box) going to the ONT device. It has been working for 6 months with zero issues. Please make sure you set the correct output voltage (12V). Also please check the ONT power supply is 12V, in case its gets changed.

Quality Unit
Have run this to a 5G Modem device for MONTHS without issue. Finally the modem got tagged by some EMI during a nasty storm with lots of lightning. Took out the LAN port on the router and the network side of this device, but only on the device side. So it sacrificed itself at the switch to protect everything downline. Swapped with a new unit / used a different LAN port and we're back in business. Only so much you can do with lightning! We've been finding other uses for them, like retrofits for old TimeClocks that don't have PoE capability. Impressed with the reliability.

Works great!
I've been trying many similar devices that don't do what they are supposed to. This Device does exactly as it states and works as expected. I use this to self power Ethernet remote Modbus Tcp communication receivers. I recommend these and will repurchase.
