A glass a day has made a difference to my gut health where I’ve tended to struggle. It tastes like prune juice 😂 much more bearable with some ice. I’ve always bought my next bottle and I won’t be without it now. Highly recommend

Bought this on recommendation. Can't actually flag up any health benefits so far as it's early days. Very tasty with sparkling water.

Not cheap but it's very concentrated so goes a long way. Tart but still very drinkable and comes with all kinds of health benefits

I love this stuff for a 'sleepy girl mocktail', and I think it really does help me sleep. For those who don't know a sleepy girl cocktail is this cherry juice, 2x magnesium glysinate supplements (without the capsule shell), lemonade and ice. I use san Pellegrino lemonade which makes it a little tart - perfect. These cherries are known for their benefits to aid sleep - somehow converting or promoting melatonin which is what makes us sleepy. This is very tart juice that can be diluted with just water if you like that mouth pursing tartness (I do), but when added with lemonade its incredible - I'm not sure if the sugar content of the lemonade cancels out the health benefits of the cherry juice though. oh. This is a 500ml bottle that will last a while as you only need a small amount of it, but it is expensive - when there's an offer on, the price becomes a lot more palatable. I'm not sure if there's added sugar in this or if it's just from the fruit but when I have it without lemonade I definitely feel a bit of a sugar spike - which isn't ideal before bed. I have given it four stars because of the lack of transparency around sugar/s and the price - we know that this was cheaper before it became 'Tik Tok famous'.

I think this helps with a few things medically. It leaves a terrible taste in my miouth after drinking, buta quick sip of whiter afterwards clears that. There's good value in that large bottle

Only arrived today & put a tbspn over my fruit & greek yoghurt I just had after dinner. It’s yummy!!🤤 even licked the spoon I measured the “dose” with & it just has tiniest tartness on my tongue. Not going to have trouble with this at all. I just hope it lives up to the promised anti-inflammatory properties 🤞😋😀 (will update in a couple of weeks, but potentially need to subscribe to this).

Update: 20th February. My last order was a disappointment. The colour, taste and look didn't compare to previous orders. This time the juice was a reddy brown, quite thin and didn't coat the glass. It had lost its fresh sharpness. The big disappointment was that two messages to Wellgard were not answered so 2* lost. Over the years I've tried a number of supplements (magnesium, iron etc) to see if they offered any relief. They didn't. Then Itried Wellgard Cherry Juice and am sleeping much better. Now I've no way of telling if this juice is alleviating symptoms or just helping me to sleep so the symptoms are ignored. But it doesn't matter. Either way the results are positive. It's worth a try.
