Don't believe all the fake reviews. Notice that they are all posted within a very short timeframe and are almost exclusively five stars. These are nothing like advertised and you'd be better off sleeping on a sheet of one-ply toilet paper. There is so little stuffing in these pillows that as soon as your head makes contact, they squish into nothingness. The amount of material would need to be tripled for these to be even somewhat usable. It's not that they're "too soft". It's that they may as well be nonexistent. Even folding it over onto itself does nothing. I am getting an immediate refund and you will too if you order this.

Pillows are shipped vacuum-sealed completely flat. They seemingly fluff nicely when packing is cut away, but as soon as your head hits them, they flatten down to nothing. I will return them immediately. Do Not Buy!

These pillows are very comfortable. Hotel quality!

I like firm pillows. These are not firm. I can feel every piece of stuffing as if it was put in separately.

Super soft pillows. Not as firm as I would like them to be but they are very soft and lightweight.

If you’re ordering these pillows by looking at pictures and reading descriptions you will be disappointed. The pillow looks nothing like that thickness and the fact that they say medium firmness well let’s just say when I lay my head on it if I don’t use both of them at once, my head is flat against the mattress. So just know that basically it is a very soft flat pillow.In a world today with quality going down the tubes, it would be nice to be able to believe the things that you read as far as descriptions on products, clearly...it’s just not the case with these pillows!
