Are the darts sharp? 13 year olds might throw them at each other.

Yes They are very sharp! And heavy. It Would not be a good idea to throw them at eachother so if you buy them supervision during use is definitely necessary

How big a board is needed for sticking all these balloons in a single board ?

An 80" by 80" board could usually work out. But the size still depends on the distance between two balloons.

What is the white package in the middle of the balloon pic?

It’s just the logo on the bag against a white background. If you’re wondering if this comes with the ribbon tape to stick the balloons on sadly, it does not

Does the package include the balloon pump? What is the difficulty level of tying the balloons? What do you use to pin the balloons to the board?

There is no pump inside the balloon package. If you want to stick it on the board, you can try adhesive tape or glue points to stick it on the board. I hope it can help you.
