Works good
Works good on an 05 trailblazer . Just have to know how to solder an have an electric desolderer it works better than one with kit. But other than that its easy to do. An cheaper than having it done by someone else.

Most and best reviews of any kit
My 2500 HD Silverado has just under 150K miles on it and as predicted the stepper motors began falling. First the speedometer, which is bearable, but the the fuel gauge which is unacceptable for a diesel truck with a 24 gallon tank. I chose the Zinger repair kit because it was the most purchased kit with the best reviews. It also had 7 motors which I needed as my truck has a transmission temperature gauge. This kit has everything needed to replace all of the stepper motors and panel lights. You can get as creative as you want with the lights as they provide plenty of LEDs and many colors. Changing the LEDs is the only tricky part as the circuit board doesnโt identify the positive and negative port. The positive lead on the bulb is the longer of the two but they need to be shortened for installation. I chose not to replace mine as none were out. Soldering is a very simple skill and you need not fear it. However you do need to fear the soldering iron. It is unforgiving and I have a new scar on my finger to remind me of my experience. This is a nice kit with the best motors available and the price is great.

Awesome repair kit!
First...you should have some considerable soldering experience before you try this! The stepper motors came out and went in fine. Getting them to read correctly can be a little tricky. I put the needles back on in the exact same position but they ended up not being correct. That being said, there may be a good reason for this. I found that the stepper motors are strong enough for the gage needles to slip. The solution is to use needle nose pliers to SLIGHTLY tighten the shaft on the needles by crimping them before putting them on and then adjusting them to the proper position. The dash panel, when first turned on by the key switch, operates the stepper motor to its CCW stop position and then moves them needles forward too , hopefully, the correct reading. My only complaint is that, if you are replacing the LED's, they will have "hot spots" on the dash panel where the lights are brighter. I think that this is because , unlike the OEM incadescent lamps, the LED's disperse the light more up then out creating a non uniform light pattern. Also, because the light dispersal of the LED's is more up than out, you will have some pretty bright turn signals, cruise locked, and high beam headlight indicators. I must say though that I am EXTREMELY impressed by this kit!!! I have a fairly expensive soldering iron but I enjoyed using this one so much more that it will now likely be my go to soldering iron!!! I also have a spare stepper motor and quite a few extra LED's to play with in the future, and a removal tool to boot! Thank you Zinger for making this excellent kit!!!!

Good Motors, Lights ok
I used this to repair my 2004 Suburban instrument cluster gauges and lights. The motors were pretty easy to remove/install. They work well so far. The lights could be better though. I had 3 break while trying to get them into the plastic mounts on the board. The wires snapped off where they enter the bulb. Once installed the lights look ok. The red ones I installed are giving some hot spots though and do not diffuse all that well. The tools it comes with are good quality and get the job done.

Great inexpensive vehicle repair
Works great. Stepper motors fixed the problem. LEDs were great until I somehow blew an irreparable circuit in the circuit board when I was finishing the install. Stepper motors still work but no backlighting. Would recommend with the caution of resisting the urge to update the backlighting if all yours work. Only item I would change is the solder sucker. It doesn't work. I used solder wick and that worked great.

Its ok
Stepper motors are fine, accurate and quiet. The tools and soldering iron are fine for this application. The LEDs suck. Theyre super dim and dont spread at all. I shouldn't have to squint at night to see my cluster. Do better. For the cost of this kit. It'll do - just buy better LEDs.

Success!!
Got an 2003 2500 HD. Replaced 6 gauges. Soldering vacuum is cheaply made, but worked good. Soldering "gun" was plenty hot. Came with various LEDS, Didnt use them. Goose neck took gauge arrows off great. Buy it, it's cheaper then new or paying someone to do it

extremely good kit
this was the fastest job I ever did in electronics, very complete kit. I wander how much a GM Dealer charges to do this?

Long delivery, but worth the wait
I put them into the cluster of my GMC sierra (2004) this morning, and so far they work like a charm. I only got this kit because I didnโt have a soldering sucker, but Iโll tell you it made getting the old ones out a lot easier. Only down side is how long it took to deliver but so far so good. ๐
