The “suggested use” doesn’t mention that they’re chewable or sublingual. It just says “take one tablet daily…” They almost immediately start to dissolve quickly in your mouth so be ready to start to swallow or hold it under your tongue depending on how you like to take your vitamin B12. The bottle has all the usual tamper-evident precautions. A foil seal and plastic-wrap bottle topper. The cap is not child proof. Product is 100% vegan and vegetarian per the bottle. It is also Non-GMO, gluten-free, and Soy-free per the bottle. Bottle says it is “manufactured in the USA for Hayat Vitamins.” It doesn’t state exactly where it is manufactured in the USA, but it is labeled that it’s a “Good Manufacturing Practices” facility with “Halal Monitoring Services.” A+ for that!
