I could tell they stand behind their product and I’m very impressed with their customer service, 100% would recommend! I now get continue to enjoy this beautiful product which I’m very excited about so thank you!I really loved this mirror & used it to do my make up all the time. It has 5 different light modes (like cool light, warm light etc) & they’re all dimmable as well. It comes with a little magnification mirror too, which I use when I pluck my eyebrows & do my lashes. Unfortunately it only lasted me a few months before the mirror came off the hinge on one side and it’s now just hanging by the other one hinge as you can see in the pics. It’s not fixable since the screw is now “inside” the mirror’s frame.. quite disappointing considering the quality of the mirror is really nice and I never had issues with the functionality, but rather the cheap design of the hinges.

Just what I wanted. Really happy with my purchase. I have been using a smaller battery operated mirror to get ready in the morning and it just wasn’t working for me. This is great and seems like good quality because it plugs in and has three different light options that you can dim. Getting ready will be so much easier now!

Definitely recommend buying. Really sturdy/good quality. Was skeptical cause everytime I've used a mirror with built in lights they're either not bright enough, or too bright and irritate my eyes. But the 3 different light modes and setting to turn the brightness up or down is perfect!

10/10 bought this at the beginning of the year and it works amazing! Bright light for sure! And I love how it automatically turns off (I forget sometimes). Have no issues with this at all!

My daughter enjoyed getting this just wish the cord was longer. But overall I was impressed and pleased with it.

This mirror is super cute! It was a present for my teen daughter and she loved it! It looks great on her desk and the lights are awesome.
