This looks like a bacteria encubation facility? Can it be put in the washer?

I haven’t had any issues yet. I’ve been using it for a couple of months now.

Has anyone else had an issue with it laying flat? Mine is wavy and curls on the ends even after a day of laying out.

We haven’t had any issues with this item not laying perfectly flat. We actually have two of them side by side and again, no issues.

Can I use this mat on a wooden cabinet, I'm concerned with it sticking and ruining the wood finish?

We have butcher block counter tops and had to put it on a rack to let air flow. We do food safe treatment on our butcher blocks.
