Perfect backrest for uncomfortable sofa arms or bed. Modest in size (1/3 of full size bed width). I bought one before this that took over the bed and was too big for my large sofa! Cover takes some getting used to to get on and off, but terrific that if there's any kind of spill you can remove and wash in laundry and still use the backrest. CAn also use several ways = backrest, knee support, even leaning over it to encourage cough / drainage. Could also be used as floor cushion / bean bag back support.

Very comfortable, nicely made

This is a lot smaller than other pillow wedges for the head which is what we were looking for. My partner uses it with his pillow to sleep with his head elevated and it honestly helps him with not having a stuffed nose when he wakes up. He disliked the other wedge pillow we got because it was too long going down the back so he was happy with this one.

Injured by a reckless driver and needed physical therapy for 6 months. The therapist had similar items while I was recuperating. I ordered based upon the recommendation of my P.T. An awesome product for sure. Having this product now in my home was essential for my continued recovery and I am so pleased and happy. I use it for exercising, watching TV, or just taking a great nap without having pain. It is a wonderful product to use for the neck, back and knees. I actually sleep a lot better because of this fantastic orthopedic pillow. I highly recommend this product.

The pillow is perfect sized and made of good material and quality. But it will not support my knees when placed under them while sleeping or lying down, which is the primary reason I bought it. Will either return or use as an extra room pillow due to lack of firmness

I am hypermobile, so if my various joints aren't supported they try to bend the wrong way, which leads to a lot of pain, in this case, a lot of knee and ankle pain. This pillow is amazing, I use it almost everyday while working on my laptop and neither my knees or ankles bother me now. it's just the right amount of squish vs support. The only thing and the reason comfort is 4 stars is since it is solid memory foam it does retain heat really well, so my legs do get hot fairly frequently, so I have to un-support my knees for a while to let it cool down, which leads to some pain. it's still much better than no pillow, and I would recommend

Often the pillows I would use under my knees were too narrow for real comfort. This pillow is wider and ideally proportioned for sleep comfort. The memory foam construction gives gentle support, though it has lost a lot of height by morning. It came with 2 covers to make laundering them seamless. I have had better sleep with this wedge pillow than any other knee support.

I’ve been searching for a pillow to elevate my knees and put my back in the right position to alleviate chronic lumbar pain. I’ve tried several but this is the first one to work. The pillow is firm but not too heavy, and the cover is really soft. A second cover is also included. I’m so happy with this purchase. It’s worth every penny! Highly recommend.
