Looks and feels nice but it doesn't keep drinks hot, you can feel the outside warming up as drinks are poured inside

Not as big as I thought it was.
Thought this was a full sized flask. However it’s only a 1 cup one. But that’s my fault. It’s a really good flask and fits perfectly into a net pocket of your rucksack for day outings. It kept my hot chocolate steaming for many hours on minus weather and wasn’t hot to the touch o the outside

Burns! AVOID
I bought this for my 10year old for winter walks with grandma as he loves hot chocolate. However on first time using he'd poured into the cup & as he's touched the bottom it has burned him. On inspection the cup bottom is metal & not insulated like the rest of the flask.

Does not retain heat
This is a great little flask for a month. I used it 3 times a week for work for a month then had some time off went back to work and my soup lunch was cold. It lost all it heat in 4 hours unless you like cold soup do not buy this flask.
