are these holders compatible with any flatbed scanner?

No they are not. I believe only an epson photo/negative scanner

How do i scan 620 negs to the hard drive and have them show same size as 35 mm? the 620 image is 1/2 size of 35mm. using epson 600 &right holder.

I used the adapter that was made to scan slides ( multiple slides at once). this one is for photo negatives.

Will this accommodate 4X5 negatives?

No i tried but it will fold the negative I was hoping it will I just made this as my template and I cut my own film holder but this is good for my 120 film 6x6
