2 in 1 Rust Converter & Metal Primer - Stops & Prevents Corrosion on Metal

This stuff is AMAZING. I have an RV that had rust on the frame and this not only covered it but cure the rust and now it looks like brand new. I will definitely use this product again.

I'm 83 and used this, it looks like new.

Very thick consistency but has everything you need for easy application of the job. Took care of rust so far, I did sand the flaky areas just to smooth it out. Time will tell how well it stays on. Finish is matte but didn't need to apply paint over it for the areas I used it on the undercarriage and trailer hitch. Looks good.

Ok my opinion I wanted to test to answer all the questions that I didn't find One is it sandable? I found this product easily able to be sanded after it cured . two how does it work is it just coverage or is it actually chemically changing the rust? To me to be honest I think it is good coverage and does have some properties that helps etch into the rust but it will not convert the rust completely cuz you can see in one of my pictures that is after hitting it with a hammer working out a dent. You can see it covered well with one coat And is durable I personally used this as a filler primer To cover up all the imperfections and sanded it down prepare for automotive primer and automotive paint . So yes if you're just trying to cover up some rust to make something look good , it will would work and leave a good finish just be sure to do your body work and remove as much as possible sometimes a grinder is needed or it will look like my first picture, that has the bumps in the paint Those are heavy rust particles I did not scrape or grind off I did use a heavy duty power washer to remove as much loose as possible it is the inner bumper so I don't really care how it looks Because it won't be seen but I just wanted a Good heavy coverage to seal it with and to fill in and perfections prior to final coats So I give this product an A - pricing is very worth the value -it's pretty durable -Great adhesive properties -and easy to use If you plan to use on smoother surfaces and want a smooth finish I recommend spraying or using a roller because of brush will leave brush streaks. And in all pictures this is only one single coat added note! It didn't like to cover on clean bear metal so easily but the rusty surfaces loved it

This is decent product used on a trailer i redone. Water based primer. Drys quick. Painted right over it. Rolled on bed and brushed on decent.

Does not work well. It’s very watery. Nothing like was expecting honestly. Painted over rust that was wire wheeled and prepped and came out so bad after drying. Rust already coming through again.

I was really impressed with this! I used it to coat the rust inside of the trunk on my antique car. It left behind a nice matte black finish and seamed to seal very well. I also used it behind my tail lights. I used a sponge brush to apply and kept the brush in a Ziplock bag between uses. It goes a long way! The hardest part was getting the can open 😊 I do recommend this product and will purchase again if needed!
