I like Viveran from Amazon. They come in 2 paks at a good price. And the pills have a coating to make them easy to swallow.

I'd rate it 4/5 on the alertness scale in comparison to other brands I tried. I just take one during the day when I really need to do something that demands alertness. I take it about an hour before the intended activity I must do. The tablet is subjectively big for me & just like any other tablet of that size, I crack it with my teeth & take water with it for easy swallowing. Like I said, that's just how I do it to avoid the feeling of tablets stuck in the esophagus. 80% of the time, I feel awake after taking it an hour. Sometimes you just can't help it that your body really needs to rest no matter what kind of alertness tablet you take once. Although other people might combine an alertness tablet & several energy drinks &/or coffee, I wouldn't recommend it as it will give you very uncomfortable heart palpitations that can lead to serious health problems. If you really can't stay alert for the most part on a habitual basis, I highly recommend you consult a doctor & get your labs done for it could be an underlying medical problem.

This product was great for me but it also has side effects. I do not drink coffee and do not drink energy drinks so this had a greater effect on me. After taking one pill I was extremely focused for 4 hours but then I got jittery and had a burning sensation in my stomach for like the next 3 hours. I would suggest exercising and eating alkaline foods during this period. I was able to focus for one day and half and I only had 7 hours of sleep within those two days because it had me so wired. Next time I will only take half a pill. The last effects was being extremely tired after it wore off and kidney discomfort. I suggest planning to have a day off to recover and drink plenty of water. So, I took one pill and it had me wired for like 32 hours. This is the best focus product I have taken. However, I would only take it maybe once a month in my opinion since it does come with too many side effects.
